Knowledge
of government licensing (e.g., API, NIK, NPIK) is a plus.
Good
communication and coordination skills with internal and external
stakeholders.
Detail-oriented,
accurate, and well-organized.
Able
to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent
in English (speaking and writing), Mandarin is preferred.
Prepare
and process necessary customs documentation (PIB, PEB, packing list,
invoice, etc.) for import and export shipments.
Coordinate
with the Customs Office and relevant authorities to ensure timely and
accurate customs clearance.
Liaise
with freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking vendors, and port
authorities.
Communicate
with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, Warehouse) to align
shipping schedules and documentation.
Ensure
all customs activities comply with Indonesian regulations and government
requirements (DJBC, INSW, etc.).
Input
data into customs systems (e.g., CEISA, INSW).
Maintain
accurate records of all customs-related transactions for audits and
internal reporting.
Handle
the application or renewal of permits/licenses such as API, NIK, and
other import-export licenses.
Resolve
issues related to customs delays, document mismatches, or inspections.
Track
and validate customs duties, taxes, and other logistics-related expenses.
Suggest
improvements in customs handling processes to reduce lead time and costs.
