PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA is a growing and dynamic freight forwarding and third-party logistics provider in Indonesia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
Must possess a valid AK3U certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and performance.
Collaborate with management and employees to promote a strong safety culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong command of Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) and English is essential.
Handle the full cycle of export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, and agents.
Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements for international trade.
Communicate effectively with clients, overseas partners, and internal stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.
Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.
