PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA is a growing and dynamic freight forwarding and third-party logistics provider in Indonesia. We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Freight Forwarding Staff to join our team in Semarang.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong command of Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) and English is essential.
Handle the full cycle of export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, and agents.
Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements for international trade.
Communicate effectively with clients, overseas partners, and internal stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.
Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.
