Molecular Processing Solutions LLC is an international engineering and technology company focused on beverage processing innovation. Our head office is located in Tbilisi Technology Park Free Industrial Zone in Georgia, and we also have offices in the USA and Indonesia.
We work closely with global beverage producers including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and leading breweries. Our core innovation is SubCarb, a patented carbonation system that helps factories improve efficiency, reduce CO₂ loss, and keep beverage quality consistent.
The SubCarb system improves CO₂ solubility by creating microdroplets that transfer gas into liquid at high velocity. This helps achieve up to 97 percent carbonation efficiency. It also reduces foaming during filling and allows carbonation at higher temperatures, improving energy efficiency and filling speed. Thus our clients can reduce the energy consumption on cooling and warming for mixing and bottling process of their carbonated drinks.
Since 2021, we’ve delivered projects in many countries around the world including Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Georgia, the USA, and South Africa.
