Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Business, or Management
- Experience: Less than 2 years of full-time work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Languages: Proficient in English (minimum B2 level – speaking and writing)
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: From Rp 8,000,000/month (negotiable based on qualifications)
- Annual Paid Leave: 24 working days per calendar year, in accordance with the official working calendar of Georgia.
- 0.5% of the total contract value on projects you actively support
- Business Travel: Opportunities to travel within Asia for client meetings, exhibitions, and installations
Start Salary: Rp 8,000,000+ (Negotiable)
