About the Program
The OTCA Leadership Program is an intensive 6-month leadership acceleration experience designed for fresh graduates who are ready to be shaped as entrepreneurial leaders.
This is not a classroom program.
You’ll face real challenges, make real decisions, and create real impact — while being mentored directly by OTCA’s CEO and senior leaders.
Top candidates will advance to a 1-year leadership track, with the opportunity to become Lead, Head, C-Level, or even CEO of future brands under OTCA.
