B2B Internship

OTCA is an education consulting and career development company that empowers individuals to access global opportunities through learning, preparation, and professional development. As we continue to expand our corporate and institutional collaborations, our B2B division plays a key role in building and maintaining strong partnerships that drive meaningful impact.

As a B2B Intern, you will support the development and execution of partnership strategies with schools, universities, and corporate clients. You’ll gain practical experience in lead generation, client communication, and proposal development while learning how to manage end-to-end partnership processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    1. Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Comfortable with client-facing activities and professional correspondence.
    4. Basic understanding of B2B sales, marketing, or partnership management.
    5. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar tools.
    6. Willing to work onsite (Cawang, East Jakarta) from Monday to Friday.
    7. Available to join immediately.
    1. Assist in researching and identifying potential B2B partners (schools, companies, and institutions).
    2. Support outreach activities, including email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and presentations.
    3. Help prepare business proposals, partnership decks, and reports.
    4. Maintain and update the partner database in coordination with the B2B team.
    5. Participate in client meetings and help document discussion outcomes and follow-ups.
    6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership projects.

  • Work location: East Jakarta (Cawang).

  • Work arrangement: Fully onsite, Monday–Friday.

  • Internship type: Paid Internship.
