Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE systems, ensure regulatory compliance,
deliver HSE training, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety initiatives. Oversee safety
programs, foster a safety culture, and act as the Safety Manager for the Cilegon Plant.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certified Ahli K3 Umum.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the building materials or related industry,
with at least 2 years as a Safety Manager.
Technical Skills: Expertise in managing HSE teams, strong analytical and problem
solving skills, computer literacy, and English fluency.
Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness for field duties.
