SPIL''''s headquarters is located in Taichung, Taiwan. Our offices throughout the United States offer convenient support to customers'''' headquarters. SPIL operates seven factories. Da Fong Factory, Zhong Ke Factory, Zhong Gong Factory, and Chung Shan Factory are located in Taichung. Chang Hua Factory located in ChangHua. Two other factories are located in the Hsinchu Science Park (HsinChu branch company). In addition, there is a subsidiary located in China, Siliconware Technology (SuZhou) Co., Ltd.

【Working hours】Shift work (including day and night shifts) is required; Day Shift:0700~1900 & Night Shift:1900~0700
【Other Conditions】
1.No prior experience required; comprehensive long-term training provided to develop engineering and technical expertise.
2.Must cooperate with day and night shifts, with shift changes every 3 to 6 months.
3.Those who can cooperate with overtime work are preferred (three days on duty and one day off).
4.Basic Mandarin language skills would be a plus; please provide relevant documentation during the interview as reference. Thank you!
1.Perform machine acceptance procedures, including NPI setup and verification of component replacements.
2.Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with standard procedures (semi-annual).
3.Diagnose and resolve equipment alarms and operational anomalies to minimize downtime.
4.Perform fine-tuning of parameters across identical equipment models to enhance overall performance.
5.Support and execute fan-out improvement projects, focusing on yield and process enhancements.
