D365 ERP Finance Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced D365 ERP Finance Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and technology, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients and stakeholders.


Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O/AX finance module implementation; knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
  3. Proficient in D365 Finance configuration and financial process optimization.
  4. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, developers, and vendors.
  5. MB-300 (D365 Core) or MB-310 (Finance) certification preferred.
  6. Fluent English (for global project support).
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the implementation of D365 Finance modules, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  2. Collaborate with client finance teams to analyze business requirements and provide D365 best-practice solutions.
  3. Configure core finance modules (GL, AR/AP, fixed assets, cost accounting) and conduct end-user training.
  4. Troubleshoot finance-related issues and data migration challenges during implementation.
  5. Develop technical documentation (e.g., requirement specs, functional designs, user manuals).
  6. Support cross-functional integration with other D365 modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales).
