An undergraduate degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role (preferably in banking or financial services)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and highly motivated
Willing to be assigned to branch offices across Indonesia
