PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA is a growing and dynamic freight forwarding and third-party logistics provider in Indonesia. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Risk Control Supervisor to join our team.
Bachelor's degree in Law and Finance.
Proven experience in handling corporate legal and corporate finance functions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a risk management or compliance role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Strong command of Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) and English is essential.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for the company's operations.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks across various business functions, including financial, operational, and legal.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management controls.
Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on risk-related matters.
Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes related to risk management.
