PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA is a growing and dynamic freight forwarding and third-party logistics provider in Indonesia. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Logistics Officer to join our team.
Strong understanding of project logistics principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience as a Project Logistics Officer or similar role within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
Experience in handling various cargo types, including breakbulk and oversized shipments.
Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Manage logistics services for projects from inception to destination.
Coordinate communication between service providers and internal stakeholders.
Oversee the transportation of cargo, including breakbulk, heavy lift, and oversized cargo.
Develop and implement project logistics plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Manage project budgets and timelines.
Negotiate with vendors and service providers.
Prepare and submit project reports.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
