PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA is a growing and dynamic freight forwarding and third-party logistics provider in Indonesia. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Finance and Accounting Staff to join our team.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software).
Possession of Brevet A & B certifications.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Perform general ledger accounting, accounts payable, cost accounting, and invoice receivables processes.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly and annual basis.
Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, verification, and timely payments.
Monitor and record cost accounting activities to ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation.
Review and verify customer invoices and track accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and accuracy.
Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
