• Coordinate and manage sales documents, including tracking orders and delivery schedules.
• Update customers on order status and resolve complaints by identifying solutions.
• Liaise with Production to ensure timely delivery and consolidate documents for Accounts post-delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Provide product information, assist customers with product selection, and handle order processing and shipments.
