The Government of Ecuador has the honor to invite Indonesian bearers if PH.D or Doctorate, experts in the field of Marine Sciences, to join the Polytechnic School of Littoral (ESPOL) and the National Center for Aquaculture and Marine Research (CENAIM); and Indonesian bearers of PH.D. or Doctorate, experts in Earth and Space Sciences, to join the Ecuadorian Space Institute (IEE), to contribute the generation and sharing of scientific knowledge in this areas.

The Government of Ecuador provides a number of incentives including funding for stays, airplane tickets, scientific and cultural visits to destination choosen by the researchers, among other.
