Capable to produce 6 inch and 5 inch silicon wafers (monthly capacity 270,000 pieces). The silicon ingots as the raw material are imported from SUMCO Corporation Japan and SUMCO Phoenix. The ingots are processed into silicon wafers and 100% exported to world wide.
